CASSAVA BALLS

Cassava
is the basic component of root vegetables. There is many food combination and
variety that can be used. According to the adults this is best in boiled and
fried and good for coffee in the Philippines, and most of all in some dishes
like punchero, caldereta and etc. It can be dessert or even breakfast. An
example is Cassava balls.
Cassava
balls is fried grated Cassava. It can be coated by sugar. But it can also be good
even it is eaten plain. This food is very simple and can be bought by anyone in
an affordable price. This food is so delicious and yummy for our tummy. You can
actually get full instantly if you eat at least 8 pieces of cassava balls. This
food is better eaten especially when you are really hungry, it is also easy to
make and most of all it can be sell for business to gain profit. It can help
alleviate poverty. Because they can use cassava balls in business instead of
increasing their population. Through this business, they would be able to
create a better future for their children.
Cassava
balls is easy to make and it is good for business and to relieve hunger and can
help your life good by this easy and simple food for business.
DIRECTIONS:

Cook the cassava on medium heat
for 15 minutes with enough water to cover them
·
Once soft, drain them, remove
the fibers, and mash to create a puree.
·
Mold the cassava puree into
golf-sized balls and push one or two cubes of mozzarella into the center,
depending on the size of the balls. Close well. Brush each ball evenly with
beaten egg. Then, roll in breadcrumbs.

Meanwhile, heat the oil in a
deep pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the cassava balls and
fry until golden all around. Remove from the pan and let dry on a plate covered
with paper towels.

Serve with your favorite sauce.
INGREDIENTS:

2 pcs grated cassava

1 tsp of paprika
·
1 tsp of pepper
·
Onions (minced- extra small
bits)
·
½
cup of flour
·
½
cup of cornstarch
·

egg
