When we are still young, our mother said that it would be bad for us, because it's not clean enough and vendors puts plenty of oil which is consumed by the food itself, even though our mother told that to us we still intend to buy it. One of the most famous street food in the Philippines is Kalamares or deep fried squid. Calamares is the Filipino version of the Mediterranean breaded fried squid dish, Calamari.
